1）Substrate 底材：CFRP to Aluminium or Cr/Mo Steel，CFRP /铝或铬锰铁合金
2）Design of Joint 接头设计：Coaxial vertical joints，连轴垂直
3）Pretreatment 预处理：Sand blasting degreasing on CFRP，sand blast，degrease，anodise and prime on Aluminium，CFRP(喷砂除油),铝(喷纱,除油,阳极化,底漆)
4）Key Challenges 主要挑战：Requires high shear loading - 30 N/mm2at full cure 要求高的剪切力 – 完全固化后达到 30 N/mm2
5）Araldite AV 119：
1-c epoxy, simple to use and no concern on inaccurate mixing ratio.
单组份环氧胶粘剂, 无须称量混合, 使用简单.
Thixotropic, easy to apply but can provide non sag capabilities.
触变性,容易使用既不流挂
LSS: 150oC, 30 mins -> 27-30 N/mm2
拉伸剪切强度: 150oC, 30 分钟-> 27-30 N/mm2
